Vastly knowledgeable on the city of Wichita and all of the surrounding suburbs and can get an answer to just about any question you have. James McGrew, you are EPIC! If anyone out there is looking for a realtor, give this man a call. There is so much I want to rave about. So many key moments that made him stand out over & over again, that I literally had to rewrite our review several times (starting to turn into a novel). If we were forced to describe in just one word for those looking for an agent, it would be TRUSTWORTHY. We are in NM, looking to relocate in Wichita. After 2 yrs. of sticking by us, he listened with patient ears. He provided us with true insights. He provided honesty throughout & especially when we needed it. He was responsive & a great communicator. He kept in touch even if there was nothing to show, just to let us know he hasn't forgotten us. Provided encouragements when I was starting to feel like we would never find what we were looking for. After 2 yrs. of looking, we did find that home & he didn't waste time. Within 24 hrs. we were locked & moving forward. The people he works with to assist us through this process is nothing short of amazing!
